NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center
CTSI provides supervision, labor and material to provide 24 hour per day, 365 days per year facilities operations and maintenance services to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. CTSI’s team provides total Facility O&M of 3.5 M Sq. Ft. of occupied and operational research, satellite production, and control facilities located on over 1,250 acres of land. CTSI provides essential communications and electronic connectivity for the Space Shuttle and other orbital missions. Government staff occupy the GSFC facility around-the-clock. To accommodate NASA’s staff and critical systems, watch engineers conduct around-the-clock tours of facilities and perform system checks, routine maintenance and emergency repairs. CTSI employs state-of-the-art technology (thermographic, ultrasound, and vibration analysis) to ensure the highest reliability and availability of support facilities, equipment, and systems that can not cost-effectively or practically be duplicated.
